Please tell us your phone model and what happened. Never send us your sign-in code or recovery key.

Need urgent medical help? Call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Email is not for emergencies.

Common questions

I didn't get my sign-in code

Check the number starts with +91 and that your phone has signal. Wait a minute, then tap Resend. Still stuck? Email us.

I changed my phone number

Sign in with your recovery key and your new number (Sign in › Need help signing in?). No recovery key? Email us and we'll help you verify safely.

My logs are missing on my new phone

Your original logs are kept on your phone, so they do not move to a new phone. Information you explicitly share with a partner is processed separately by our server for partner sharing.

How do I book a visit with Dr Anjana?

Open the Clinic tab › Book a visit. The clinic will reply to confirm the date and time.

How do I cancel Care Pro?

On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Care Pro › Cancel. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.

I want a refund

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Is Care available outside India?

Not yet. Care is available in India only.

Delete your account and data

In the app (quickest)

1. Open Care and tap your picture (Profile).
2. Tap Delete my Care account.
3. Confirm with the code we send to your phone.

Without the app

Email dranjanaannal@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Care account" and the phone number you used. We'll check it's you, then delete your account and tell you when it's done (usually within 3 days).

What is deleted: your Care account, sign-in, anything you sent through the app that we keep for the app, your learning progress, and any app link to the clinic.

What stays:

• Logs and photos on your phone. Remove them with the saved-data controls in Profile, or by deleting the app.
• Medical and billing records of care you received at the clinic, which Indian law requires us to keep.
• Your Apple subscription, until you cancel it in Settings.

Backup copies are cleared within 35 days. More detail is in our privacy policy.
