Enquiry follow-up in our CRM

New consultation requests are securely transferred to our internal CRM so authorised clinic staff can review and follow up on your request. This includes the name, phone number, city, request details, preferred time and contact permission you submitted. A free-guide form request transfers your name, phone number, city and requested resource with permission limited to that resource. It does not sign you up for marketing, create a patient record or confirm an appointment. Requests are not automatically messaged or booked by this connection.

WhatsApp delivery of the free guide

You may request the "Before You Try" pregnancy-planning guide by sending a WhatsApp message to our guide number. When you do, your WhatsApp profile name, phone number and the content of your message are processed by WhatsApp so that our team can send the requested guide back to you on the same WhatsApp conversation. We log inbound guide requests for delivery, support and abuse prevention. You can request deletion of your request record at any time by contacting the team. The guide is educational and does not replace a personal medical consultation. We do not send the guide by email.

Anti-abuse and rate limiting

To protect the service from spam and abuse, submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-focused CAPTCHA alternative), short-term rate limits, and duplicate-submission prevention (so the same WhatsApp number is not requested repeatedly in a short window). We do not store raw IP addresses; a salted, hashed representation is stored only for as long as needed to enforce the rate limit and is purged automatically. You may request deletion of your guide request record at any time by contacting us.

Medical information and website enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship and does not confirm an appointment. Medical advice, diagnosis and treatment are provided only through an appropriate consultation.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:

• Dr. Anjana and authorised members of her support team
• Service providers that help operate the website, forms, email, hosting or security
• Professional advisers where required
• Government or legal authorities where disclosure is required by law

Service providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide and subject to appropriate safeguards.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information collected through the website. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time. Appointment-related or service-related communication may still be sent where necessary to respond to an active request.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage supports website operation. Google Analytics loads only if you select “Allow analytics”. It uses first-party cookies to measure visits, page-view counts, broad traffic sources and device categories. Google processes this technical usage information for reporting; authorised clinic administrators see aggregate reports. Advertising features, Google Signals and automatic form tracking are disabled. We do not send form contents, medical concerns, names, phone numbers, email addresses, specific health-page names, URL queries or appointment details to Analytics.

Select “No thanks” to decline. You can change or withdraw your choice using “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of the website; withdrawal stops further measurement and removes this site's Analytics cookies. We also respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Declining analytics does not affect enquiries or access to website content.

Campaign references

This website does not use Meta Pixel, Conversions API, third-party ad tracking events or advertising scripts on consultation pages. We do not send page views, form activity, names, phone numbers, age, location, medical concerns or other sensitive details to advertising platforms.

When a campaign link includes an approved neutral reference code, such as WEB-ONLINE or WEB-SURGICAL, the code may be retained during the browsing session and added to a WhatsApp handoff. Free-text campaign values, click identifiers and sensitive details are not stored for this purpose.

Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, payment platforms or hospital websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you use those services.

Children's information

This website is not intended for children to independently submit personal information. A parent or lawful guardian should contact the team where care is sought for a minor.
